My car broke down on a long road trip and I walked over to AutoTecnico for help. Duane and Josh drove over to where I was and gave me a jump so I could drive to the shop. They stayed over 2 hours after close to replace a stubborn alternator. They were very friendly and professional. I am so grateful for AutoTecnico!

I was driving through Effingham on a big road-trip when my check engine light came on and my car started shaking. Duane and Josh were so kind and fixed my car at 4:30pm even though they were almost closed for the day. They stayed late and went above and beyond to fix my car and make sure it was working smoothly so I could keep going on my road-trip. They totally saved the day, and Duane was so kind and conversational! As a woman traveling alone, I'm always scared that mechanics will scam me, but Duane gave me a great price and didn't try to con me out of tons of money like other places might have done. I can't recommend these guys enough. I am truly so thankful for them!
